3. Commencement, Duration, and Termination of the Agreement

The service agreement between eSIM Station and the Customer begins when the order is completed via:

  • The eSIM Station website (https://www.esimstation.com, including all associated subdomains),
  • The eSIM Station application,
  • Our APIs,
  • The Partner Platform, or
  • Any other product that enables customers to place an order with eSIM Station.

Activation of eSIM and Responsibility

The activation of the eSIM and acceptance of the Activation Policy are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Termination for End Users

The agreement will terminate for End Users who do not have an active data package or who delete the eSIM from their target device.

Termination for Corporate Users

For Corporate Users, the termination of the agreement is subject to the terms of any specific agreement signed between the Corporate User and eSIM Station or the active status of their engagement on the Partner Platform.

Even if there is no active data package or the eSIM is removed from a device, the agreement remains in effect for Corporate Users who have ongoing agreements or active platform participation, reflecting the continuing partnership and commitments between eSIM Station and the Corporate User.
