15. Confidential Information

Obligations Regarding Confidential Information

The Customer acknowledges that the Confidential Information (as defined below) is a valuable, proprietary, and unique asset of eSIM Station. The Customer agrees:

Non-Disclosure and Non-Use:

  • Not to disclose, transfer, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than using the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service.
  • Not to encourage others to disclose, transfer, or use the Confidential Information.

Limited Disclosure:

To disclose Confidential Information only to the Customer's authorized employees and representatives who are bound by confidentiality obligations and require access to fulfill their roles.

Notification of Unauthorized Actions:

To immediately notify eSIM Station in writing of any unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use of the Confidential Information.

Protection of Confidential Information:

To take all reasonable efforts to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use.

Return of Confidential Information:

To return all originals and copies of materials containing Confidential Information to eSIM Station upon termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes eSIM Station's trade secrets, proprietary and confidential information, and any other information or data not generally known to the public or other third parties, which derives economic or other value from its restricted access or disclosure.

Confidential Information encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Technical data, know-how, research, product plans, products, services, customers, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technologies, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, financial, strategic, and other proprietary and confidential information related to eSIM Station's business, activities, or assets.
  • Information about eSIM Station employees, users, or partners, as well as other business information directly or indirectly disclosed in written, verbal, visual, or observational formats.

General Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Protect Confidential Information as diligently as their own confidential information.
  • Prevent unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use of Confidential Information.

This section survives the termination of the Agreement and remains binding to ensure the continued protection of eSIM Station's proprietary information.
