14. Copyright Complaints and Copyright Agent
eSIM Station respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If a Customer believes in good faith that any material provided on or in connection with the Services infringes their copyright or other intellectual property rights, they should send the following information to eSIM Station's Copyright Agent at info@esimstation.com
Description of the Allegedly Infringing Material:
- Include a description of the copyrighted work that the Customer believes has been infringed.
- Provide the URL (web address) or other location of the material within the Services that the Customer believes infringes their copyright. Ensure the description contains sufficient details to help eSIM Station locate the material and explain why the Customer believes the infringement has occurred.
Location of the Original Work:
Specify where the original or authorized copy of the copyrighted work is located (e.g., the URL where it is published or the title of the book in which it appears).
Contact Information:
Provide the Customer's address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith Belief:
Include a statement affirming the Customer's good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their representative, or the law.
Accuracy and Authority Statement:
Under penalty of perjury, declare that the information provided is accurate and that the Customer is the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature:
Include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, eSIM Station will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
