2.4. Device Compatibility

2.4.1 Device Requirements

To use eSIM Station services, the Customer must have a device that is:

  • eSIM compatible
  • Unlocked or carrier-free
  • Not reported as lost or stolen

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring their device meets these requirements before purchasing eSIM Station services.

2.4.2 Compatibility Check

eSIM Station provides tools and resources to help Customers check their device compatibility:

  • Online compatibility checker tool
  • Device compatibility list
  • Customer support assistance

While we strive to provide accurate compatibility information, the Customer is ultimately responsible for verifying their device's compatibility. eSIM Station cannot guarantee service functionality on all devices, even if they meet the general requirements.

2.4.3 Technical Support

eSIM Station provides technical support for:

  • eSIM profile installation
  • Basic connectivity troubleshooting
  • General service inquiries

However, eSIM Station is not responsible for:

  • Device-specific technical issues
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Operating system or software problems
  • Issues arising from device modifications or jailbreaking
