1.1 Validity of General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and MNB Teknoloji Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "eSIM Station"). These Terms govern your use of our products, services, mobile application ("Application"), and website ("Site," collectively with the above, the "Services").
The following Terms and Conditions are available on the https://www.esimstation.com website. eSIM Station may only accept modifications to these Terms through an explicit written agreement.
Definitions of Users and Stakeholders
This section defines the various categories of individuals and entities interacting with eSIM Station's services, platforms, and applications. Understanding these roles is critical for interpreting the rights, obligations, and conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
User Categories
The term "Customer," as used in this document, refers to any individual or entity interacting with eSIM Station Services, including End Users, Corporate Users, and End Customers, depending on the context of use.
This broad definition ensures that our Terms comprehensively cover all interactions with our Services, providing clarity and a complete understanding of the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.
Customer Agreement
By clicking "I Agree" or a similar button, registering for an account, downloading the Application or any Application update, accessing the Services on a mobile device, or using the Services—whether or not registered on the Site or Application—the Customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms of Service, they have no right to access or use the Services.
These Terms of Service become effective on the earlier of the date the Customer first clicks the "I Agree" button (or a similar button or checkbox), uses the Services, or accesses the Services.
Representation and Warranty
If the Customer accepts or agrees to these Terms of Service on behalf of their employer or another legal entity, the Customer represents and warrants that they:
- Have full legal authority to bind their employer or the legal entity to these Terms of Service;
- Have read and understood these Terms of Service; and
- Agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the party they represent.
In such a case, the term "Customer" will refer to the employer or legal entity represented by the individual agreeing to the Terms.
