19. Governing Law

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in Section 20 or elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement and the Customer's use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This governing law provision is intended solely to ensure that Turkish law applies to the interpretation of this Agreement.
