13. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Proprietary Materials
All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formats, graphics, designs, HTML, look and feel, photos, music, sounds, videos, software, trademarks, logos, fonts, and other materials viewed or read through the Services (collectively, "Proprietary Materials") are owned by eSIM Station. These materials are protected by applicable laws and regulations in all forms of media and technologies, now known or hereafter developed.
eSIM Station retains all rights to the Proprietary Materials, including the coordination, selection, arrangement, and enhancement of such materials as a collective work under the applicable copyright laws. Proprietary Materials are further protected under local and international laws governing copyrights, patents, and other proprietary rights.
The Customer agrees not to copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Services without prior written consent from eSIM Station. Any unauthorized use of Proprietary Materials is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks
The trademarks and service marks, including "eSIM Station" and its logos, are the sole property of eSIM Station. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names visible through the Services are the property of their respective owners. The Customer may not copy or use any of these marks without the prior explicit written permission of the owner.
Feedback and Suggestions
If the Customer provides any feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback") about the Services, including potential improvements to eSIM Station's products or services:
- Such Feedback is provided voluntarily and without restrictions.
- eSIM Station is free to use, disclose, or modify the Feedback without obligation or additional compensation to the Customer.
- The Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of eSIM Station.
The Customer acknowledges that eSIM Station retains the right to utilize Feedback from other sources or employees and does not waive rights to pre-existing or independently developed Feedback.
License to Use the Services
The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Termination of License:
eSIM Station reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all.
Ownership of Content:
All content within the Services, including software, visuals, graphics, trademarks, patents, and copyrights ("eSIM Station Content"), and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of eSIM Station or its licensors.
Restrictions on Use
Unless explicitly permitted, the Customer agrees not to:
- Sell, license, rent, modify, publicly distribute, perform, or transmit any content from the Services.
- Adapt, edit, or create derivative works from eSIM Station Content.
- Use any eSIM Station Content for unauthorized purposes.
Definition of Intellectual Property Rights
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" includes all existing or future patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, service marks, moral rights, goodwill, trade secrets, publicity rights, and any applications, renewals, or extensions under the laws of any jurisdiction.
Compliance with Guidelines
The Customer's use of the Services and the associated licenses is contingent upon adherence to all applicable guidelines, end-user license agreements, and terms of use. eSIM Station reserves the right to modify these guidelines at its discretion and may terminate the Customer's access to the Services for any violations.
eSIM Station remains committed to protecting its intellectual property and ensuring that its Services are used responsibly and in accordance with the law.
