4. Fees and Payments

Payment Process

Payments and other charges must be made through a third-party payment processing system ("PSP") as specified in the Services. Customers may need to:

  • Register with the PSP,
  • Accept the PSP's terms of service,
  • Provide payment details to the PSP, and
  • Undergo a review process requested by the PSP to create an account ("PSP Services Agreement").

By accepting these Terms of Service, the Customer acknowledges that they have downloaded or printed, reviewed, and approved the PSP Services Agreement.

eSIM Station's Role Regarding the PSP

It is important to note that eSIM Station is not a party to the PSP Services Agreement. The PSP Services Agreement is between the Customer, the PSP, and any other parties listed within the agreement. eSIM Station has no obligations, liabilities, or responsibilities to any user or other party under the PSP Services Agreement.

Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices and fees displayed in the Services exclude applicable federal, provincial, state, local, or other government sales, goods and services, or other taxes, duties, or fees ("Taxes") unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any applicable Taxes will be calculated based on the rates applicable to the billing address you provide and will be charged at the time the transaction is processed through your Account.

4.1. Payment Terms

eSIM Station offers a variety of payment methods for its services, including but not limited to Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay.

The payment currency is in United States Dollars (USD $) but may include other currencies. The payment currency is determined at the time of the transaction.

Credit card transactions are processed and secured by payment service providers approved by eSIM Station, including but not limited to PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Stripe (https://stripe.com), along with any additional providers selected by eSIM Station for each transaction.

4.2. Automatic Renewals for End Users

eSIM Station offers seamless access to its services without the need for manual renewals. This model is designed for End Users seeking uninterrupted service and convenience.

Automatic Charges

Under this model, renewal fees are automatically charged to the End User's preferred payment method when data usage drops below a certain threshold at the beginning of each billing period.

Cancellation Policy

End Users can cancel renewals at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, allowing users to continue accessing the service until the period ends.

To cancel, users can manage their settings directly through their eSIM Station account or contact our support team for assistance.

4.3. Billing

eSIM Station adopts a systematic approach to invoicing Corporate Users for the use of eSIMs, top-ups, and other products and services purchased through the Partner Platform. This process is designed to ensure clarity and accountability in financial transactions between eSIM Station and Corporate Users.

Issuance of Invoices

eSIM Station provides invoices to Corporate Users detailing the eSIMs and top-up packages purchased using eSIM Station Credits during a specific billing period. These invoices offer a comprehensive breakdown of applicable charges, enabling Corporate Users to effectively monitor and manage their expenditures.

Payment Obligations

Customers are required to settle their invoices within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Corporate Users must adhere to these timelines to maintain uninterrupted access to eSIM Station services and sustain a positive standing on the eSIM Station Partner Platform.

Consequences of Late Payment

Service Suspension:

If a Corporate User fails to pay the invoice within the specified period, eSIM Station reserves the right to temporarily suspend service delivery until full payment is received. This measure ensures the sustainability of our service offerings and fairness within our billing system.

Interest and Damages:

eSIM Station may apply interest to overdue amounts at the rate specified in the invoice or as permitted by law. Additionally, Corporate Users may be held responsible for damages or additional costs incurred by eSIM Station due to late payment. This includes but is not limited to administrative costs and legal fees associated with debt collection.

Currency for Invoicing

Invoices are typically issued in U.S. Dollars (USD). However, eSIM Station reserves the right to issue invoices in other currencies as deemed necessary or mutually agreed upon with the Corporate User.

eSIM Station emphasizes the importance of timely payments to maintain a healthy business relationship and ensure the continuity of service delivery. Corporate Users are encouraged to promptly contact our support team in case of any invoice discrepancies or payment difficulties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

4.4. Prepaid Transactions for Corporate Users

Corporate Users engage in a unique transaction process centered around the purchase of eSIM Station Credits. These credits serve as the currency on the eSIM Station platform, enabling Corporate Users to purchase eSIMs and top-up services tailored to their operational needs. Corporate Users may also choose to use a credit card or debit card for transactions on the Partner Platform.

Purchasing eSIM Station Credits

The first step for Corporate Users is acquiring eSIM Station Credits. This process is designed to be straightforward and flexible, offering a variety of payment methods to accommodate diverse business requirements. These methods include but are not limited to:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Electronic Payment Solutions

This wide range of options ensures that we can cater to the financial preferences of our corporate customers.

Using eSIM Station Credits

Once eSIM Station Credits are added to their account, Corporate Users can seamlessly use these credits to purchase eSIMs, top-ups, and other eSIM Station products and services. The credit-based system allows Corporate Users to plan and allocate their telecommunications expenditures according to their business cycles and demand.

4.5. Postpaid Transactions for Corporate Users

Postpaid transactions represent a flexible payment model tailored specifically for Corporate Users, allowing them the convenience of acquiring eSIMs and top-up packages before making a payment. This approach aligns with the needs of businesses seeking operational flexibility and efficiency in managing their connectivity solutions.

Postpaid Transaction Model

The postpaid model enables Corporate Users to purchase eSIMs, top-ups, and other eSIM Station products and services with the payment obligation deferred to a later date. The invoice provided by eSIM Station clearly specifies the payment terms, including the due date and payment conditions. This model ensures immediate access to essential services while providing payment flexibility.

Credit Limit System

To support this model, eSIM Station may implement a credit limit system. This system authorizes Corporate Users to use a predefined amount of credit to purchase eSIMs, top-ups, and other products or services. The determination of credit limits may be:

  • Unilaterally set by eSIM Station based on the terms of the agreement.
  • Negotiated with the Corporate User.

This feature is designed to offer businesses a scalable and manageable way to address their connectivity needs without immediate financial expenditure.

Eligibility Criteria

It is important to note that not all Corporate Users are automatically eligible for postpaid payment options. eSIM Station reserves the right to select eligible customers based on various criteria, ensuring that the payment model aligns with the business practices and risk management policies of both parties. Eligibility criteria may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Corporate User's transaction history.
  • Creditworthiness.
  • The duration of the business relationship with eSIM Station.

eSIM Station aims to provide Corporate Users with a high degree of flexibility and confidence through the postpaid transaction model, enabling them to prioritize their operational requirements while managing payments in line with their financial workflows.
