2.2. Registration for Using eSIM Station Services

All Customers, including End Users, Corporate Users, End Customers, and Job Applicants as defined in Section 1, must accept the General Terms and Conditions to access and use eSIM Station services. During the registration process, the following information is required:

For End Users:

Personal details such as First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are necessary to interact with and perform transactions directly via the eSIM Station website (https://www.esimstation.com) or mobile application.

For Corporate Users:

Additional information is required to meet the unique needs of businesses, including:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Email Addresses of Company Users
  • Company Website
  • Region
  • Industry
  • Phone Number
  • Relevant Contacts and any other pertinent details.

This information helps us tailor our services to operational needs and ensure efficient service delivery to End Customers.

For End Customers:

When services are ordered on behalf of an End Customer by another eSIM Station account holder, such as a Corporate User, any necessary information is handled by the initiating party. Corporate Users are responsible for ensuring that personal data of End Customers is collected in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

For Intermediaries (e.g., Hotels or Travel Agencies):

In cases where eSIM Station services are provided through intermediaries, the intermediary may provide the required registration information on behalf of the Customer.

Additional Data Collection

To adapt to evolving service requirements and enhance user experience, eSIM Station reserves the right to collect additional information from all customer categories as deemed necessary. Such data collection will:

  • Be conducted in a manner that respects privacy and complies with data protection laws.
  • Not require any further amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

Customers will be appropriately informed about any such additional data collection through our standard communication channels.
