2.3. Responsibilities

2.3.1 Responsibilities of eSIM Station

eSIM Station will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services to the Customer. However, eSIM Station does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, delivered on time, secure, or free of errors.

While we strive for operational excellence, certain factors, such as technical issues, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances, may impact the reliability or availability of the services. In such cases, eSIM Station will endeavor to resolve issues promptly to minimize inconvenience to Customers.

2.3.2 Responsibilities of the Customer

The Customer must not engage in any malicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities or actions that could disrupt or damage the Network while using the Equipment or Services provided by eSIM Station.

If the Customer violates their obligations under Section 2.4, eSIM Station reserves the right to suspend the Customer's access to the Services. During any suspension period, the Customer will remain responsible for paying all Fees due under this Agreement for the suspended Services.
