Third-Party Links in the Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites (e.g., hyperlinks). These links do not imply endorsement or affiliation by eSIM Station with the third-party websites, their content, or operators. Such links (including external websites framed by the Services or displayed advertisements) are provided solely as a reference and convenience for informational purposes.

eSIM Station does not control these websites and is not responsible for:

  • Availability or Accuracy: The accessibility or accuracy of these websites.
  • Content or Services: Their content, advertisements, products, or services.

The Customer is solely responsible for evaluating the content and usefulness of information obtained from third-party websites. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that eSIM Station:

  • Has no role in creating or developing third-party websites.
  • Accepts no responsibility for third-party websites or claims arising from or related to them.
  • Has no obligation to monitor, review, or remove third-party links but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.

Use of Third-Party Websites

Use of any third-party website controlled, owned, or operated by others is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. The Customer accesses third-party websites at their own risk, and eSIM Station expressly disclaims any liability related to the use of such websites or materials associated with links in the Services. By using links, the Customer agrees to hold eSIM Station harmless from any liabilities arising from third-party websites.

Integration with Third-Party Accounts

As part of the Services' functionality, the Customer may link their eSIM Station account to online accounts with third-party service providers ("Third-Party Accounts") through two methods:

  • Providing Third-Party Account login details via the Services.
  • Authorizing eSIM Station to access the Third-Party Account under applicable terms and conditions.

The Customer represents and warrants that they have the right to disclose login credentials and grant eSIM Station access to the Third-Party Account without breaching any terms or imposing any obligations on eSIM Station.

By authorizing access to a Third-Party Account, the Customer allows eSIM Station to:

  • Access, make available, and store any content in the Third-Party Account (e.g., friend lists, "SNS Content") to make it accessible through the Services.
  • Send or receive additional information to/from the Third-Party Account as notified during account linking.

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • The availability of personal information from Third-Party Accounts depends on the Customer's privacy settings and preferences.
  • If the Third-Party Account becomes unavailable or eSIM Station's access is revoked by the third-party provider, the associated SNS Content may no longer be accessible through the Services.
  • The Customer can disable the connection between their eSIM Station account and a Third-Party Account at any time.

Third-Party Account Relationships

The Customer's relationship with Third-Party Accounts is governed solely by their agreements with the third-party providers. eSIM Station does not review or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of SNS Content and is not liable for any such content.
